Since I was very young, I have spent a lot of time in Germany - mainly in my mother’s home town, Hohenlimburg, and the surrounding area. But we have also undertaken several other tours and holidays. Of course, knowing the language helps in finding things away from the tourist trail, and avoiding pitfalls whilst on it.
